Inspiration & Meaning

I created Forward as a special gift for Pastor Appreciation Month last October, inspired by our church’s word of the year: Foreward. This verse and painting remind us that leadership isn’t about the spotlight or the applause, but about pressing on toward Jesus with humility, empathy, and grace. True leaders keep their eyes on the upward call of Christ, guiding others toward Him—not toward themselves. It’s a celebration of the quiet strength it takes to lead with a servant’s heart amid the noise of the world.
